LOCAL MAN, NAMED BRANDON, ISN'T SURE IF AMERICA IS CHEERING FOR HIM OR SOMEONE ELSE NAMED BRANDON.

Talladega, AL (Wokeville Gazette) — A strange phenomenon is taking over sports stadiums across the nation. Whether it's baseball, football, or NASCAR crowds are breaking out into the chant, "Let's Go Brandon". 

This has sent shockwaves of positivity and unity across the nation but has left people, named Brandon, feeling both confused and empowered.

"I'm not really sure how to feel about it honestly", said a local man named Brandon. "At first I was like, that doesn't really sound like they're saying 'let's go' or 'Brandon' to me, but every time I saw it on CNN or Twitter, I was reassured that the crowd was definitely chanting 'Let's Go Brandon' and at the very least was in no way shape or form was saying anything at all about President Biden".

We asked Brandon how the recent support is making him feel.

"It's pretty cool", said Brandon. "I mean with all the division and political divides in America right now, to see folks coming together has been really encouraging. I don't know if they're talking about me specifically, but if they are I certainly don't want to let America down. As confused as I am about this whole thing, it has also motivated me to be a better person and to make something of my life".

Brandon isn't the only  Brandon confused and encouraged by this whole thing. There were several others people, named Brandon on Twitter, who expressed similar bewilderment.

Though we don't know much about the real Brandon, behind the Let's Go Brandon cheer, what we do know is this: America needed something to draw us together. And it seems to be warming a lot of hearts, to see this moment of national unity—with everyone coming together to cheer Brandon on.
