REPORT: MAJOR BIDEN INVOLVED IN ANOTHER MINOR BITIN' INCIDENT.

President Biden's dog, Major, was involved in another biting incident which required medical attention.

"It is true that Major was involved in another minor biting incident", said a representative from the White House. "However, people want to keep majoring in the minors and we're losing focus on the things which really matter here. Donald Trump hates puppies!"

While it is true that President Trump didn't own a dog, many people are wondering if that is indeed a greater offense than an irresponsible dog owner.

"If you own a dog, you own the responsibility for ensuring your dog isn't a safety issue or a threat to other people", said one person we spoke to at the Humane Society.  "Dogs are fun and friendly and they bring a great deal of joy to many people, but the first rule of dog ownership is ensuring they are well behaved and not aggressive towards people."

However, not everyone agrees that Major's incidents are really anything more than a minor issue, being politicized and sensationalized to score major political points.

"Look, here are the facts: he's the first dog of the United States of America", said Biden's spokesperson from the White House. "If he wants to bite someone, he should be able to do it, no questions asked. He should be able to do just about anything he wants to do. He's the most powerful dog in the free world and he's earned that right. I think people should really consider it an honor to be bitten by a dog owned by President Biden. After all he's done for our country, I think he's earned a little bit of respect from Americans. The way people are treating him, because of Major's affection for biting people, is really quite irreverent."
