IN AN ACT OF INSOLENCE, TEXAS JUDGE HAS THE AUDACITY TO SUBVERT PRESIDENT BIDEN'S AGENDA.

In a rare act of defiance and subversion, US District Judge Drew Tipton—a Trump appointee—sided on Tuesday with Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, a Trump loyalist who has challenged Biden's temporary suspension of deportations.

A federal judge's ruling Tuesday, preventing President Joe Biden's 100-day pause in deportations, demonstrated the huge constitutional land mines that await the new administration in the nation's courts.

The short-term order by the Texas-based judge could also force a confrontation up to the US Supreme Court, where President Biden's legal team already faces the challenge of making their case before the nine justices—six of whom are conservatives, with three appointed by America's first and former illegitimate President, Donald Trump.

"This is unbelievable", said one representative of President Biden's legal team. "I mean, the audacity of some people is really jaw dropping. Don't these people know that Joe Biden doesn't answer to them? They answer to him! And if they think for one minute that they are going to be able to use the Constitution of the United States to derail President Biden's commitment to circumvent and undermine the Constitution of the United States, they've got another thing coming!"

When pressed on how the President aims to respond to this blatantly partisan effort to stifle his power, Biden's representative responded, "This is just the beginning! We tried do this the easy way, but these activist judges are really forcing our hands. We were trying to avoid going nuclear and packing the courts, but if these Trump-appointed constitutionalist judges continue to use their power to block executive orders they see as unconstitutional, then we will have no other option than to pack the courts with judges who aren't afraid to use their positions to make laws instead of just interpreting them."

It seems that President Biden sees Tuesday's ruling as more of an obstacle than a real challenge. "President Biden is the quintessential tough guy", said the resentitive from his legal team. "Texas thinks they have won the battle, but in essence, they really just declared war. They revealed their hands and President Biden will now call their bluff."

There is no telling where things will go in the future, but what we do know is that after one week in office, and more executive orders than any other President in history in that amount of time, President Biden has a lot more up his sleeve. And if this in any indication of what the American people can expect going forward, then the Biden/Harris administration could be one of the boldest and bravest administrations in our nation's history.
