TRUMP APPEALS FACEBOOK'S DECISION, AS ONE OF THE MEMBERS OF THE JURY WAS SEEN AT AN ANTI-TRUMP RALLY.

Menlo Park, CA (Wokeville Gazette) — In the wake of Facebook's decision, earlier today, Trump's legal team immediately moved to appeal the decision, after it was discovered that a member of the independent Oversight Board was seen at an anti-Trump rally.

"The Board found that, in maintaining an unfounded narrative of electoral fraud and persistent calls to action, Mr. Trump created an environment where a serious risk of violence was possible," the board wrote in a statement.


While the board did uphold the suspension, it also found that the indefinite suspension was not appropriate. The panel is requesting that Facebook review the decision to develop a "proportionate response that is consistent with the rules that are applied to other users of its platform."

Trump's team immediately dismissed Facebook's decision as biased and unfair.

"Listen, President Trump feels very strongly that this decision is simply another example of Big Tech's bias and efforts to censor the greatest President America has ever seen", said a member of Trump's legal team. "Though the President is very disappointed with Facebook's decision, he is not surprised by it. He would also like to make clear, and I quote, 'Mark Zuckerberg is a loser, a coward, and is very very short and very wimpy as well. He's a horrible human being. Absolutely, horrible', end quote".

Facebook now has six months to make a decision on whether Trump's ban will be permanent or not.

It is unclear how Facebook will respond to Trump's appeal of it's decision, but what we do know is that until the next six months are up, it seems that President Trump will be forced to share his thoughts and feelings the old fashioned way; namely, through his lawyers and team of legal experts.
