When Asked to Show Her Notes, Judge Amy Coney Barrett Reveals a Hand Drawn Picture of Her Celebrity Crush.

Washington, D.C. — In one of the strangest moments in modern day history, President Trump's nomination for the Supreme Court, Judge Amy Comey Barrett, was asked by Senator Cornyn to show her notebook. The first page of the notebook was blank, leading the senator to verbally acknowledge how impressed he was.

However, after questioning was passed back to the democrats, Judge Barret was pressed about the notebook again. "We could see that Judge Barret was doing something in the notebook and we weren't going to let her get away with cheap political points", said Senator Amy Klobuchar of Minnesota. "When the questioning was turned back over to us, we asked her to show us the second page of the notebook and the results were quite different."

What happened next was unexpected. Judge Barrett turned the notebook towards the Senator who asked the question, and with a smile on her face she revealed a hand drawn picture of President Donald Trump. Senator Klobuchar then asked Judge Barrett to explain the meaning of the picture.

"Well, as humiliating as it is, we all have our secret celebrity crushes...right", said Judge Barrett. "Mine just so happens to be the President of the United States. I was quite bored with all of the repetitive questions about my stance on abortion and gun rights and to be perfectly honest, I just kind of zoned out a bit. I apologize for my lack of concentration and I promise to remain engaged for the rest of this process."
